PAYMENT
Upon reservation a minimum payment is necessary for:
Low Season - up to 50% of the total of nights reserved.
High Season - 50% of the total of nights reserved.
Special Packages - 100 % of the total of nights reserved.
Reservations may be paid by credit card or bank deposit, in a checking account to be designatel by the hotel, and the receipt shall be sent to the following fax number: +55 (22) 2623-3120 / 2623-4584 | 2623-3120.
The remaining amount regarding the reservation must be paid when the guest arrives at the hotel and other expenses that are made during the guest's stay must be paid intermediately or at the end of the stay.
CANCELATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
Cancelation requests must be made in writing to reservas@bonbinipousada.com.br or by telephone/fax to the following numbers: + 55 (22) 2623-3120 and 2623-4584 | 2623-3120.
Cancelations will be charged according to the chart below:
Low Season: (From March/01 to December/15) except July
At least 15 days in advance - free of charge
Less than 14 daysin advance - Up to 50% of the total of the reservation
High Season: (From January/02 to February/28) and July
At least 15 days in advance - free of charge
Less than 14 days in advance - Up to 50% of the total of the reservation
Special Packages: (New Year, Carnival, Easter and others)
At least 15 days in advance - 25 % of the total of the reservation
Less than 14 days in advance - Total amount of the reservation *
For cases of early departure, for any reservation, package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged *.
The user may arrange his/her substitution by another guest, in the same conditions, for the same date.
NO SHOW
No Show is considered when the guest fails to arrive on the arrival date reserved. The apartament will be available for 24 hs. After such period the reservation will be deemed canceled and we will follow the same procedure o four cancelation policy (less than 14 days cancelation will be applied).
