GENERAL INFORMATION OF INTEREST:

COMMENTS

- Rates are expressed in Reais.
- Children up to 3 years old staying with the components - complimentary - maximum one per apartment.
- A hostel is located at 300 mts. from Geribá Beach.
- Breakfast served in the restaurant of the inn.
- Check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00.
- The rates are not valid for New Year's Eve, Carnival and Extended Holidays.
- Rates subject open without notice.
- It is not allowed to consume food, beverages and other products not provided by the inn in the common areas nor in the areas of circulation of the inn.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment: to guarantee your reservation, make payment by bank transfer or credit card. We parcel in up to 3x values ​​over R $ 750,00 in Visa or MasterCard. We will contact you after booking to offer as payment instructions.

At the moment of the reservation it is necessary to pay the minimum value of 50% of the daily reservations and catering without check-in.

Special Packages: New Year's Eve, Carnival and Extended Holidays 100% of total daily reservations.

The reservation can be paid by credit card or bank deposit, in a current account to be designated by hotel and proof to be sent to the email: reservas@bonbinipousada.com.br.

The balance of the daily rates for the reservation is valid at the time of arrival at the hotel and as they are made during the stay in intermediate or late ends.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO SHOW

  • Requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to irenice@bonbinipousada.com.br
  • Cancellations are charged according to the table below:
  • Up to 30 days in advance No charge
  • From 29 to 20 days in advance 50% of the total of the reservation.
  • Less than 20 days in advance 100% of the total reservation.
  • Special Packages: (New Year's Eve, Carnival, Easter and Extended Holidays)
  • Up to 60 days in advance 50% of total reservation
  • Less than 59 days in advance 100% of total reservation *

NO SHOW

  • No Show is considered when the guest is not arriving on the booked date of entry. The apartment is available for 24 hours. After this period we will consider a reservation canceled.
  • In case of late cancellation, no show or early departure will be charged the total amount of the daily reservations, in any reservation, whether it be a package or not. For the fit. is blocked from receiving a reservation confirmation, a location is not possible to another client.
  • The User may arrange for its replacement by another place, under the same conditions, in the same information.
